My Weight Loss Journey !

**READ ME PLEASE**

I am not a nutritionist or physical trainer. So, I do highly suggest you do your own research on foods, weight loss, exercise, etc. I am just sharing my own experience. I hope you have a blessed journey !!! Love you xo

1. I became a vegetarian
2. A lot of H2O , fresh juices. No milk . Minimal soda
3. A diet of fresh fruits, veggies, grains, & beans.
4. Motivation & support from family, friends, & others.
5. Don't stop ! Push your limits .

MUSIC ! I didn't mention how important music is during my workouts. It helps keep me going faster, stronger, and longer.
