It’s Lil’ Mike with insanehomefatloss. Today we’re going to show you how you can start adding in quick workouts into your life so that you can always stay lean and looking good. We’re also going to demonstration for you some exercises that you can do anywhere anytime… oh yeah.

Staying fit is very simple. Here are some exercises that you can do anytime. It doesn’t matter where or when, just pop up and do one of these quick workouts and I assure you that you will get in better shape.

Here’s the exerices:

**Note: pick one exercise and done a 100 reps as a quick workout.

0:38 Pushups

0:42 Jumping jacks

0:50 Burpee

0:55 Prisoner’s squats

1:07 Double pump squats

1:19 Lunges
