Crazy Cut Lower Abs Workout

It’s Mike Chang with sixpackshortcuts and today I’m going to take you through my strained abs workout. This intense workout will hit your abs from every direction and get you the shredded six pack abs that women can’t get enough of!

Workout breakdown

**3 rounds total for a complete workout

**1 round, 60 seconds – Alternating between bicycle crunches and lying leg lifts then doing 30 seconds of half burpees.

Exercises:

0:49 – 4 reps of bicycle

0:36 – Lying leg lifts

30 seconds of half burpee
