Everyone knows that most people would like to lose weight, but most don't seem to know the best way to lose weight. To start seeing differences, you have to make some changes in your habit and lifestyle.
Let me share a few very vital weight loss statistics Before I start:
- 64 percent of people in the United States are overweight - Obesity is responsible for 325,000 deaths every year. Alright as you can see Weight Management is a huge Problem in the United States, So we are constantly searching for that miracle drug to help us with weight loss diet.
You may not want to hear, it but it's true - there is no magic spell when it comes to losing weight. However, there are some things that you can do in order to lose fat as quickly as possible.
Here are six great weight loss tips:
If you favour the traditional route of diet and exercise, then the following tips given below should work greatly to help with weight lose diet:-
1. Eliminate Eating Junk Food.
Most of your efforts to reduce your weight will be unsuccessful of you are unable resist eating junk and processed foods. These primarily consist of fast foods and snack foods such as burgers, pizza, fries, potato chips etc. All of these foods offer very poor nutritional value and it consequently makes no sense at all to carry on eating them. Keep in mind - you will not be able to physically improve on an insufficient diet. You must look carefully at the contents of your cupboard, fridge and freezer and make certain that you switch all sugary and greasy foods with nourishing, healthy alternatives.
2. Drink a Lot of Water- Although you may have heard it over and over again, it is really true. Drinking water not only replenishes your system but also promotes weight loss. How is that possible? Well, as we all know, water is a fluid that directly passes your colon, so drinking water can flush away those toxins and unwanted fats. Drink at least 8 glasses a day for best results.
Water is essential to life and a healthy body. Dehydration will wreak havoc on you and your fitness goals. If you are dehydrated your body cannot function at its optimal level. For example, your muscles will loose strength, you won't burn fat as quickly, and you'll feel tired and fatigued.
3. Reduce the Size of Your Portions-
You should eat five or six small portions each day at regular intervals of about 4 - 5 hours. This will aid appetite suppression and boost your rate of metabolism, causing you to burn additional fat without the need for too much physical effort.
4. Lower Your Calorie Consumption Without Deprivation. Do this by steadily reducing the amount of calories that you get through by a small quantity each day. This will tot up very quickly, but be aware that you will not start to lose weight until you reach the point at which you are expending a more calories than you eat each day. This incremental approach will help to cut down snacking and binging, which would clearly put you straight back where you began.
5. You Want to Start Exercising Regularly-
This doesn't need to be anything excessive, but simply put: working out is almost certainly the most effective way to lose weight and enhance your general heath. Diets by themselves may assist you with losing some weight, but they are not able to improve your stamina, physical fitness, flexibility, mental state and help you achieve numerous other benefits in the way that regular exercise can.
Additionally, exercise is another technique to increase your metabolism, which, once more, helps you to burn off additional fat in less time.
6. Sleep Well- Practice a Good Night Sleep
Sleeping is a favorite quick weight loss tip since it is one of the most effortless. Do not understand the power of having enough sleep. It is vital to your overall weight loss plan. Medical research has proven that sleep deprivation would induce hunger, and improve appetite. This often results in excessive eating. Likewise, having sufficient sleep of at least 8 hours helps to bring a balance to the leptin level and aids weight loss.
There you have the Building block to A Permanent Weight Loss.
There are many ways in which an individual can choose to lose weight. The problem is that diet, and exercise alone for some people still isn't enough, and may leave them struggling to reach their weight loss goals. For many people changing their diet, exercising, and taking nutritional supplements or weight loss products in combination can be the perfect answer to lose weight.

P90X Workout Alternative
I describe a great P90X workout alternative. It uses "athletic" workout principles and takes 20-30 minutes per day 4 times per week. And it's much cheaper.
Don't get me wrong, the P90X workout is probably the most popular workout in the world (and for good reason), but it's not for everyone. If you already bought P90X, then don't worry about this video. Just stick with it and get the results you're looking for. But if you're on the fence, and are just put off by the cost, or the effort involved with P90X, you might like this other product I found.
Now to be honest, this P90X alternative workout uses the same principles of "muscle confusion", "after burn effect", "intensity", etc but it's just a lot more condensed.

Muscle Building Diet - The Best Foods To Build Muscle

Massive Bowling Ball Shoulder Workout
Big news sixpackshortcutters!
I'm in Orlando right now, filming a TV segment with the Daily Buzz! I'm super excited for this, and I think it's going to be a great way to get more people started working out and eating right. I'll let you know how it goes, and hopefully I'll have some clips of the show I can post for you guys.
I'm having a blast in Orlando, but I didn't forget about y'all when I was here! Here's a shoulder workout I do in my apartment when I really want to bring out my deltoids. This is a great shoulder workout for men to get the V-shaped body that women love. And when you've got massive shoulders from doing shoulder workouts like this...you'll look MUCH bigger when you are wearing a shirt as well.
Here's how it's done:
DUMBBELL MILITARY PRESS - 4 DROP-SETS: Just like a regular military press, but with dumbbells. Try to arch your back and bend your legs as little as possible to really isolate your shoulders.
UPRIGHT ROW - 4 DROP SETS: Hold the dumbbells in front of you, and row them upwards towards you head. Try to avoid SWINGING the weight up with your back -- stand as straight as possible, and move the weight upwards with your shoulders. I didn't have any lighter dumbbells, but as I said in the video usually I will use a lighter weight than this and use my back less when doing this.
BENT OVER SIDE LATERAL - 4 DROP SETS: Turn the dumbbells OUTWARDS to hit the back of your shoulders. Keep your legs as straight as possible, and bend at the waist -- don't round your back. You should feel a STRETCH in your hamstrings in this bent over position. You'll be very tired at this point...but again, try to isolate your shoulders as much as possible and avoid excess swinging the weight with your back.
HOW TO DO DROP-SETS: To do the drop-sets, do a set of 12, then rest 8 seconds. Then IMMEDIATELY start on your next set. Aim for sets of 12-8-6-4, but it's OK if you do a few more or less reps than this. Just do as many as you can on each drop, and you'll be good. The most important key to drop-sets is that you start on the next set IMMEDIATELY after the 8 seconds are up. It is tempting to rest more, but don't do it! Your drop-sets will be much more effective if you're strict with your rest.
HOW BEGINNERS DO THIS WORKOUT: Do four drop-sets of each exercise like I showed, this equals one round. After the round rest as much as you need to in order to feel fully recovered, then do one more round.
HOW ADVANCED GUYS DO THIS WORKOUT: Just like beginners, except do FOUR rounds. You will really be feeling your shoulders after this!
And that's it! This is one of my favorite shoulder workouts, and I hope you liked it too.
This is what Afterburn Training is all about...getting in more effective "work" in just a few minutes than most people do in 30-45 minutes of gym time. This workout takes about 6 minutes per round, and you'll have done 12 sets -- more than most guys do in double or triple the time.

Killer Home Chest Workout
Here is a great chest workout you can do at home with a cheap dumbbell set. Big gyms are nice but when you can get a killer workout at home without the overhead of getting to and from the gym. In this chest workout we are going to do pushups, then with no rest immediately do flys, then with no rest immediately do dumbbell press. Make sure and use a much lighter weight than you usually would on the flys and dumbbell press because after the pushups you wont have much left in you. After doing this set of three exercises, wait 2-5 minutes and do it again. Do 5-8 sets like this and you will be sore the next day.
As with all dumbbell exercises, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don't use too much weight, if you can't do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud "one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand" on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

Here is the order for the 300 workout from Men's Health Magazine.
First you will start with 25 Pull-ups using your bodyweight and as few of sets as possible.
Then you move directly into a Deadlift for 50 repetitions.
After that, you'll do 50 Push-ups.
Once you've completed that exercise, then you'll do 50 Box Jumps on a 24" platform.
Next, is 50 Floor Wipers. To perform this exercise, lie on your back while holding a barbell with arms extended. Next, bring your feet up to each side, making sure your feet touch down each time in the middle between sides. That counts as one repetition.
After the Floor Wipers, you'll do 25 repetitions of Kettlebell Clean Presses for each arm, making sure to touch the kettlebell to the floor in between each repetition.
Then you finish with 25 more Pull-ups.
And that's the 300 workout, all 300 repetitions using 7 exercises.

Killer Home Chest Workout
Here is a great chest workout you can do at home with a cheap dumbbell set. Big gyms are nice but when you can get a killer workout at home without the overhead of getting to and from the gym. In this chest workout we are going to do pushups, then with no rest immediately do flys, then with no rest immediately do dumbbell press. Make sure and use a much lighter weight than you usually would on the flys and dumbbell press because after the pushups you wont have much left in you. After doing this set of three exercises, wait 2-5 minutes and do it again. Do 5-8 sets like this and you will be sore the next day.
As with all dumbbell exercises, form is key if you want to maximize your muscle building efforts and minimize the chance of injury. Don't use too much weight, if you can't do the exercise slowly then you need to go lighter. Count aloud "one onethousand, two onethousand, three onethousand" on the way up and the way down, if you cant do this on this exercise then you are using too much weight. The reason this exercise method maximizes your muscle growth is because it confines the motion to the muscle you are trying to work out, if your body squirms, swings, and kicks, all you are doing is taking the focus away from the muscle you are trying to exercise.
Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.
