Build Muscle by Walking - The "Walk" Muscle Building Workout

Build Muscle with ATHLEAN-X - http://athleanx.com/

Who knew you could build muscle while walking? Well, not exactly the type of walking you might be thinking of. With the ATHLEAN-X "Walk" workout you will be doing a total body workout designed to help you build muscle and burn fat in the minimal time that is needed to do so.

One of the biggest problems these days is overtraining. Guys performing 60 minute long workouts 4,5 or even 6 days a week are cutting into their muscle building potential and wasting much of their workout efforts. With this week's workout "the Walk" you'll see how just three rounds of this workout can get you building all new muscle while avoiding the pitfalls of overtraining. Here is the muscle building workout:

Sagittal Plane

Terminator Rows
Walking Shoulder Presses

Frontal Plane

Side Lunge Curls
Side Lunge High Pulls

Transverse Plane
=============

Drop Step Lunges
Drop Step Cleans

This circuit workout is ideally performed three times with minimal rest (1-2 minutes) in between rounds. Yes it's intense...but then again, in order to build muscle it has to be.

For more intense workouts head over to http://athleanx.com/ and get the complete muscle building and fat burning system by celebrity trainer and trainer to elite professional athletes, Jeff Cavaliere ATHLEAN-X

See how in just 90 days you can start looking like a pro athlete by training like one! In the meantime, for more workouts on how to build muscle head to http://youtube.com/jdcav24

Remember, when it comes to working out you can either train hard or you can train long, but if you want to burn fat and build muscle you can't do both!
